How to Retrieve Crypto Deposit with Wrong or Missing Tag/Memo?

A tag or memo is a unique identifier required when depositing certain cryptocurrencies like XRP, XLM, or EOS. It ensures the deposit is credited to the correct account. If you’ve made a deposit without including the tag/memo, or entered the wrong one, you can still recover your funds if the crypto and network are supported on the platform.

To start the recovery process, log in to your account and locate the Tag/Memo Recovery application form. You’ll need to provide details such as the coin/token, deposit amount, and the transaction ID (TxID/TxHash). Ensure the information is accurate, as this helps expedite the recovery process.

After submitting the form, your deposit will be returned to the original sender’s address once your application is confirmed. Please note that recovery fees may apply, and if the remaining deposit is below the minimum withdrawal amount after fees, it cannot be retrieved. Always double-check deposit information to avoid delays.
