When you deposit or withdraw cryptocurrencies and experience delays in receiving funds, you can check the transaction status on the blockchain using the transaction ID (TxID).
To do this, log in to your account, go to the “Wallet” section, and review your transaction history. Click on the relevant transaction, and you’ll be redirected to the blockchain explorer for the network used (e.g., Etherscan for Ethereum or BscScan for BNB Smart Chain).
Once on the blockchain explorer, you may encounter the following statuses:
- Success: The transaction is complete. Check if the funds have been credited to the recipient’s account.
- Fail: The transaction was unsuccessful. In this case, contact the sender or the platform where the withdrawal was initiated for assistance.
- Dropped & Replaced: The transaction was replaced by a new one with a higher fee due to network congestion. Request a new TxID from the sender or platform.
- Pending: The transaction is awaiting confirmations. Check the required number of confirmations for the specific blockchain and wait for the process to complete.
If a transaction shows success but the funds haven’t arrived, it could be an issue on the receiving platform’s end, and you may need to contact their support for assistance.
