Bitcoin has given back most of its recent gains, trading only about $2,000 above the level seen before President Trump announced a strategic crypto reserve. The cryptocurrency fell below the 78.6% retracement of Sunday’s surge.
Smaller coins mentioned by Trump, including Cardano, Solana, and Ripple, are performing slightly better but have also declined.
Despite the pullback, MicroStrategy Executive Chairman Michael Saylor remains extremely bullish. In a recent interview, he backed Trump’s crypto reserve idea and predicted Bitcoin’s market cap could reach $20 trillion and eventually $200 trillion. He forecasts BTC could hit $13 million by 2045, with an ultra-bullish scenario targeting $49 million per coin, while even his bearish outlook sees prices around $3 million.
