How to Update My Identity Verification Information?

If your identity information has changed, you can update it by going to the Identity Verification section of your Broker account. This is necessary when documents have expired, your name or ID number has changed, your nationality has changed, or when switching to documents in a system-recognizable language (e.g., from a local-language ID card to an English-language passport).

You can also contact customer support for help with the update. Simply search for “How to update Identity Verification” in the support chat, and you’ll be guided through the process to reset your KYC information.

Make sure to read the declaration carefully before confirming the update. Note that transferring your account to another person or using someone else’s ID is not allowed.
